Nicole Williams is on staff at Chicago Women's Healthcare facility in Chicago - here is her bio from their website: Attended undergrad at the University of Illinois and obtained degrees in Bochemistry & English Literature. She went on to study medicine at Loyola University. She interned at Wayne State University in Detroit and completed her residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chicago. While a resident she presented a poster at the ACGME conference entitled "Building a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis in Labor and Delivery". She sits on the International Committee of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her interests include: Dysfunctional Uterine bleeding, Sexual Dysfunction and International Medicine. Some interesting things...or not. This is from a poster, brnsga9, on the ABC boards who claims to be the cousin of Nicole: 1) Nicole is someone that everyone loves to hate. 2) She complained about sleeping outside, yet she was content to sleeping alone on the island. 3) The mole can not be eliminated and what better way - immunity. 4) She mentioned a hair dryer and was "the whiner" on the challenge where a hair dryer was shown. 5) The boat was named "Jose Luis" which could be interpreted as her hometown of East St. Louis. 6) She is an actress who currently lives in Chicago where the host Jon Kelley is from. 7) The reference to the #11 could be her age - 33. (Season 3 - 33/3=11) 8) The number 11 could be her occupation OB/GYN (11 letters) 9) She reference to the clue MOM (OB/GYN again) 10) She speaks Spanish and can be trusted as a doctor. 11) They mentioned the spelling of the name on the bag (her nick name is Nicky)

Posts: 2971 (06/04/08 5:23) Red-Hot Postin' Fool Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	I am holding "Mole Parties" this time around and a friend of mine is still grumbling "Omarosa Wannabe" regarding Nicole -- I grin because I love how some personalities just grate on some people and doesn't bother others at all. hehe One of my friends just LOVES the way that Paul guy is -- and he has me rolling my eyes. I thought Bobby would be the personality that I would gravitate too... but darn, I don't think he is faking how bad his stamina really is... What a bummer. I really, really wanna like someone outta this cast, but haven't found anyone yet. I don't see Nicole being the Mole - but I definitely see the producers wanting us to to think she is. Especially with Nicky being on her bag and separating her from the group during exam night. Does that mean she lasts quite a while in the game?

She is competing in the ABC network reality show "The Mole." BY JAIME INGLE News-Democrat Ledora Williams always knew her daughter, Dr. Nicole Williams, was adventurous and assertive. But she never expected to see her rafting over a Chilean waterfall on "The Mole" reality series last Monday. A new episode airs at 9 p.m. today on ABC KDNL-TV, Channel 30. "I have confidence in her judgment. But just like any other mother, you're concerned," said Ledora Williams of East St. Louis. Nicole Williams, 33, graduated from East St. Louis Senior High School in 1992 and is now a gynecologist and obstetrician at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. She also took dance and acting lessons as a child and has performed with the Black Repertory Theater in St. Louis. During the first episode, Nicole Williams admitted her fear of heights but completed the first task. "In order to make it over the falls, I made it a point not to look before I leapt, so I never saw the drop until I did the mission, and whoa! It was an incredible experience, and the view was remarkable," Nicole Williams wrote in an e-mail. During the show, 12 contestants compete against each other to reveal the mole -- the contestant trying to sabotage the others from winning $500,000. Each week contestants compete in physical challenges, while keeping track of each other in diaries. At the end of each episode, contestants complete a 10-question quiz to see if they can guess who is the mole. The person with the lowest quiz score is eliminated each week until a winner is chosen. On the first night of competition, Nicole Williams was told she could not sleep in a cabin with other contestants; she was one of four who had to sleep outside because there wasn't room for 12 in the cabin. She refused to sleep outside. "No. I'm coming in, seriously," she said on the show. She entered the cabin, where eight other contestants were staying. When they questioned her, she said she wasn't going to sleep, so she could stay. "All I have to do is stay up all night. It's called circumventing," she said. Later some of the contestants called her a "whiner" and the 11 other contestants chose to leave her stranded on a beach for the night. In the end, Nicole Williams was glad. She survived the first round of elimination and will be on tonight's show. Ledora Williams wondered what happened during segments that never air on TV. "I don't think people are seeing the real Nicole. I don't know what happened before that. You don't see it all and she can't talk about it while she's on the show."Looking back, Nicole Williams agrees she did complain at the beginning. "The players were right, I did whine. I was very ill-prepared for the possible rigors of the show," she wrote. Nicole Williams auditioned for the show at a friend's suggestion and is glad she did. Medical partners at the hospital took care of her patients. Clay Newbill, executive producer for 'The Mole" said the show casts contestants who are "... from all walks of life ... interesting people that have the ability to remain interesting for an extended period of time." Nicole Williams was glad to have the chance for travel and adventure, but isn't giving up her day job for showbiz. "I'll always be Dr. Williams. That's my calling in life," she said. Would she do it again? "It was a crazy ride, and I'd do it again in a flash. I learned what is really important in life is the ones I love, not money, not fame, and especially not where I sleep."

She would have been 25 at this time Nicole Williams, Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine Site: Chicago Youth Programs, Washington Park Project: Science Seekers Nicole developed a science enrichment project through Chicago Youth Programs for elementary school children on Chicago's south side to expose students to the path of careers in science. Nicole designed an eight-week curriculum and facilitated tutoring sessions for the students. At the end of the eight-week sessions, Nicole organized a science fair for parents, students, and teachers to attend. So it looks like she is very motivated, has a concern for children and wants to be involved in civic projects. If you can just get past the "I-ma gonna kill you," she's really not too bad.

Going through the timestamps on the www.abcmedia.com website, I realized that the "Robinson Crusoe" challenge took place on the late afternoon of March 31st. The execution didn't take place until the early morning of April 2nd. That means Nicole was seperated from the group for at least a day and a half! A player really has to be on the ball to recover from that kind of "information" loss. Man, that either impresses me in her playing ability...or is she the Mole!?! Perish the thought!

Posts: 253 (06/19/08 11:11) Testing the Waters Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	So with the understanding that Nicole has been separated from the group for this long, and the last memory they have of her during this time was unpleasant, it adds a new dimension to the players responses at the ep1 dinner and then execution ceremony. Craig first says "I wanted her around so I can get more information from her." The contestants have gone a whole day of not communicating with someone who could be the Mole, which is 33% of the time they have been playing the game at this point. If Nicole is the Mole, then that is really being unfair to the players. How are they supposed to be able to fairly take the quiz if the Mole hasn't been around? We know there was a technical glitch (Jon Kelley says the crew had big problems with the Execution touchscreen) and maybe something like this is what caused a time delay that kept Nicole on the beach so much longer. It may have gotten to the point where it wasn't fair for her (as a player) to take the quiz since she had been away for so long. Maybe they were forced into giving her an exemption! That's why it was such a shock to the players that "Dr. Diva" was suddenly excused from taking the quiz. This prompted Craig to angrily state that "he thinks the wrong person went home. It should have been Nicole." Then there is a shot that shows everyone shaking their head in agreement. I think, with what we now know, this is a poignant moment that shows the contestants were very frustrated by the long wait between the challenge and the quiz as they had a lot of down time to mull over the percieved ills heaped upon them by Nicole (lack of sleep, diva attitude, etc.). It became an echo chamber as they piled up more and more grievances about her...making her out to be worse than she actually was. There was also the important initial bonding being done between the players during this time that Nicole missed out on. The more time she is separated...the less she is considered one of them! I think we still see its ramifications into ep3. Nicole seems to be the outsider with the other women. How does one easily recover from that? So, would the producers intentionally keep the Mole away from the players, making BOTH of their jobs more difficult. Or did a technical issue force a player to get an exemption? Personally, I think it is the latter reason. But, of course, I am a MarkFOMO.

She'd stand up, look around, tap her foot and be all, "Oh, wow. I think I should ... hmm. Err. $20,000? For real?" More consternation. There was so much needless drama (and if a reality show guy is saying that -- it's saying something!), one of the EPs finally said, "Okay. Here's the deal: if your butt leaves the seat, you have accepted the bribe. Everyone clear on that?" She is becoming more and more out of control...and I thought Ali was the biggest Mactress on the show! I was giving her the benefit of the doubt and seriously toying with the idea of her as the Mole but now...she is just vying for attention which I don't think the Mole would do. Yikes!
