This was first revealed by an unnamed person from Denver, CO on the Wiki Mole page Here is the image that verifies it - from http://www.mediabistro.com/content/party_photos/party_photos_the_allmedia_party_in_san_diego_81645.asp And another image of Craig with a "friend" and a cation that reads - Craig Slike and Brendi Rawlin. Craig recommends: "The Godfather," "The Goonies" and "The Empire Strikes Back." Brendi recommends: "Krull," "The Goonies" and "The Jerk." Craig has a MySpace page but it is set to private - http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=1265536 . He does have a quote from Alban Goodier(1869-1939), Jesuit and Roman Catholic archbishop of Bombay, listed as follows - "Those who face that which is actually before them, unburdened by the past, undistracted by the future, these are they who live, who make the best use of their lives; these are those who have found the secret of contentment." Posts: 178 (05/26/08 11:36) Testing the Waters Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Craig is the last of the Mole Contestants that has a MySpace page and also the one that is least active. He seems to have been using the social network in 2006 but his enthusiasm declined by the end of 2007. He basically only posted some quick "Happy Birthday" messages and that was it. However, during that time he built up quite a large amount of friends, mainly from the San Diego happenings/promotional community and the Point Loma Allumni, many of whom still give Craig the honor of being in their "Friend's" section on the MySpace main page, despite him not posting any messages (for over a year in some cases.) So, with that being the case, I've found no "proof" of Craig leaving the Mole early. The thing that seperates Craig's circle of friends from the other Mole contestants is that they are much more "private." I'd say 60 to 70% of them did not allow access to their MySpace page. Craig might be posting within this private circle but I have no way of breaking in to it. Also, Craig get's published in entertainment weeklies and internet social happenings pages which are typically about current events going on around San Diego. I find no instances of his work for April and May which would be consistent with him being tied up with The Mole for a long duration. I do find it interesting that on May 13th, he started up his new advertising design business, The Agency, which also has a MySpace page. I checked all of the "friends" on the page, and again they are all mainly private and the few I could see had no posts from Craig. I tell you, this guy really plays with his card's close to his vest! Craig might do well in his endeavor because I discovered he was the 2007 winner of the Seattle Arts and Music festival's (called "Bumbershoot") ultimate CD design contest: On a side note, I also found that one of Craig's relatives, his Grandfather's older sister, is Peg Entwistle. She gained notoriety in 1932 for jumping to her death off the "H" in the famous Hollywood (then Hollywoodland) sign. So, after letting the Molerization™ machine ramble on all day, it's results cannot conclusively discount Craig as the Mole. In fact, since he is starting up this business, it is entirely possible that he felt confident enough to do so because the Mole gets $100,000 and that (plus the "fame associated with it) might have been enough capital to get it off the ground. Craig anxious to volunteer for the uphill battle when common sense would tell someone that it was physical, he's smarter than that. Craig suggested that Bobby ride in the wheelbarrow. (Was it the only chance they had to catch up, maybe?) I think that he claims he didn't understand the guy telling them the pigs had been taken in that shop but could understand the woman telling Bobby to eat more is very suspicious. Of course, my friends claim that it was easy to tell what the woman was telling Bobby and that you didn't have to speak Spanish to know. He did help with the sling shot but I think the Mole would want to help out in some circumstances. I dunno... as always, not much logic - just "the Mole Vibe" hehe

In the middle of it, Craig, Ali, and Paul all say "I'm not the Mole" or "It's not me", and then the announcer says, "Too bad, one of them is lying." I find it hard to believe that ABC would actually narrow down the field to just three people as Mole possibilities before the show even starts. It seems like a poor advertising gimmick at best because it disqualifies three people to begin with or, at worst, it HAS narrowed down the Mole's identity to three people (two now that Ali is out of the picture.) IMO, the logic would be that neither of these two (Paul & Craig) can be the Mole. It doesn't matter if the general intent of this promo was to suggest that any one of the 12 contestants is lying. They chose these three contestants to show and IF one of them actually is the Mole, then this promo was "prophetic" and a total giveaway of the Mole's identity. Could ABC be that much of a spoiler?

I understand your thought process on this, but by the same token this promo would be eliminating 2 people who go deep in the show before it airs as well. Equally bad advertising. I doubt they meant anything by this at all. I haven't seen anybody in any forum use this as a rationale for Craig being the Mole.

Sorry for the low quality pictures but not having done this before and not having the right equipment, these are the best I can do. There is good news and bad news for craig being the mole. Grab a coffee and a snack, this might take a while. At the start of the All for One mission in episode 5, Jon is standing outside the building and the word JAIME is written on the wall. Most websites I have checked list this name as a variant of the name James and means supplanter. One of the definitions of supplant is "to supersede (another) especially by force or treachery". Sounds kind of like a mole to me. Apparently, Jaime and James are also both variants of the name Diego, as in SanDiego. You know, the place Craig is from. That's GOOD news for Craig being the mole, but there is also BAD news. It seems that the name Jacob is also a variant of the above names. As in Alex Jacobs. So that is BAD news for Craig being the mole. But there is more GOOD news. The clue card for episode 3 was s666 - LIAr. Some smart soul on another site (don't know who did it in order to give credit) solved the first part of the clue in what seems to be a very reasonable way. Start at the letter S and count 6 spots to Y. Count 6 more spots to E. Count 6 more spots to K. You end up with the word KEY. Very clever and sounds good to me. However, those same smart people have given up on the second half of the clue and want to assume it just means LIAR. That doesn't sound right to me because what kind of a clue only needs to have half of it solved? Out of desperation while I was on a translation site I entered LIA and then Spanish to English. That little bitty word came back as "plaited esparto rope". WOW. That didn't seem possible so I checked other sites. One of then translated it as "it bundles", another came up with "it ties up", but the majority of them all said plaited esparto rope. The definition of esparto is: 1 : either of two Spanish and Algerian grasses (Stipa tenacissima and Lygeum spartum) used especially to make cordage, shoes, and paper -called also esparto grass 2 : the fiber of esparto Sooooo, LIA must mean a rope, cord, string, lanyard, or could be a necklace. I have no idea whatsoever what to do with the small r at the end of the clue so this is where I have to guess. I know what happens when I assume things but I'm gonna do it anyway. Perhaps the r means repeat since we have seen this particular part of the clue before. In episode 2 Jon was wearing a jacket that said "italia". It was halfway unzipped, leaving the word divided with ita on one side and lia on the other. Since the players don't see a clue card (not that it would help them since they aren't exactly helping us) they have to be provided with clues somehow. That could be one of the clues for them. In episode 3 (the same episode we got the s666-LIAr clue card) Craig was wearing a necklace that had a key on it. May be coincidence but I don't think so. A clue popping up with the word key in it, and also possibly meaning rope or necklace, and then Craig shows up wearing a key around his neck. Add to that the fact that when Craig found the laundromat that had their clothes, it was right next door to a key shop. To me, this seems to be GOOD news for Craig being the mole. But there is more BAD news. Alex also wears a necklace and maybe the clue points to him. But there is more GOOD news. The necklace Alex wears does not have a key on it so I'm not sure this would apply to him. Two possible clues and both could be pointing at Craig or Alex although the second one is even more shaky than the first one as far as Alex is concerned. Alex really needs to leave this week so that my life will be much easier. One last bit of GOOD news even if I'm not too sure about it being a real clue. During the Midas Rush mission I noticed the letter C on each end of the gold bars. Craig? This one is possibly a lame idea but at least it beats the hell out of the people running around saying this word has 5 letters and that word has 5 letters just like Craig Slike. lol I just have to add this because of everyone and their brother applying the I Lie With My Eyes clue to anything they see. That one was crying, that one blinked, that one looked at the other one shifty.....that must mean my guy is the mole. Craig showed up at the When Pigs Fly mission without his glasses and didn't have them again until they were back at the hotel. He showed up at the All for One mission without them again. This time though he had them on after releasing himself and going to dinner with Jon. Just a thought. And while I'm at it there are several things I could put here but will limit myself to just one more thing. Since we can't seem to solve many of them, (ok, most of them) are we sure the clue cards are something that deals with the episode in which we get them? I'm not talking about the text clues but the clue cards. In particular the card that was solved as "ODD". I keep wanting to go back to the quiz on the first episode and apply it to the question that asks how many letters are in the moles name as shown on his bag. Craig is the only person left with an odd number of letters. This is probably just as lame as the last 2 things I mentioned but I guess you never know. Ok, now im not the best and combining clues but if u couple the 5 stars= craig (5 stars 5 letters in his name) plus LIA meaning rope, (loosly meaning rope for you purest out there) now add LIAr now meaning key and it just so happens that CRAIG(***** lol) finds the clothes, next to the key hanging on a rope and that LIAr means Liar all day long in english it's enough to batt ur eyes at.... I know this is late but i just read this for the first time today so i wanted to comit on it... I still think mark is the mole but this is good stuff because Craig as my No. 3 suspect, just moved to No. 2 thanks to U!

Now, I am not suggesting that Mark doesn't love his wife and, in fact, I believe that if anything can make Mark get "all teary" it would be Brenda. Here is a picture of their house they bought in 2002 for around $250,000 (which is close to the bottom of the value index for the neighborhood) and they look very typical of a family of moderate means. Notice the playground equipment for the kids, too.: I honestly don't know what to make of this. I realize that digging for info on reality show contestants is normal, trying to find out who is on a show, what they do, where they are from, information about their background or even their myspace accounts in order to try and determine how long they remained on the show. But most of the personal information is gathered BEFORE we know the contestants names or anything about them. After that info is made public, most of the snooping is confined to things like myspace and other information that could tell us when they leave the show. To track down an aerial photo of a persons house is bad enough, but to dig into what they paid for it and the comparetive values of those in the entire neighborhood and post it AFTER the show airs for the first time seems quite a bit on the unbalanced side and really makes me wonder exactly why someone would so desperately want a particular person to be the mole. We already knew the town he lived in and now we have a picture of the house and itt's value. Why stop there, why not include the address and phone number. I mean JEEBUS man. Even the first line from the above quote is pretty eerie. Building a scenerio to go along with what we have just like the MarkFOMOs do, that line sounds almost like someone obsessed to such a degree that they are placing theirself on a familiar personal level. Either that or maybe they DO have a personal relationship with them which would also explain the obsessive diehard enthusiasm for a PREGAME pick. If I were Mark, I'd be a little worried. I'd hate to have your mental health be questioned, too. Have a nice day. For the rest of you, Mark is far removed from where I live and I have had no personal contact with him...nor do I plan to. All my research is entirely an intellectual pursuit. At the time of the post Knuckles has stressed over, I was testing just how far I could go by finding free info on the internet. I was seeing just what nooks and crannies there were that could be mined. It wasn't so much about Mark as it was just testing my sleuthing abilities. I hadn't really done that kind of indepth searching before and, with the show coming up, I knew there would be a big rush to be the first to find the clues. So, if anything, Knuckles, thanks for caring enough to point out that I might have an ego issue. I strove to make this spot a premier location for spoilers and info you can't find anywhere else because, I guess, I also wanted people to see how good of a sleuth I can be. If that's what really bother's you, then I don't think I am the one with the problem.

You're a regular Charlie Chan allright. Too bad you couldn't detect the point of my post though. It wasn't so much about WHY you did it as it was about the fact that you DID it. There is an amount of internet sleuthing that is acceptable and then there is that point that has long been deemed as unacceptable. You didn't just cross that line, you pole vaulted all the way over unacceptable and into the creepy stalker area. If you have a thing for some hot Mark manlovin that's one thing but wow, at least try to stay within the boundaries. As for your efforts to impress others, I'm afraid you'll have to be a little more specific. Could you please MARK the correct choice below. (GASP, is that a clue?) a) Ability to take ideas from others, add your own fictional account of what COULD have transpired, and then get others to drink the kool-aid. b) Ability to successfully use a thesaurus almost 90% of the time. c) Ability to be condescending to others that don't share your own views. d) Ability to consistently ignore and/or condemn any clue or theory that could detrimental to your cause. To give you some due, you have found a few good pieces of information but unfortunately nothing that points to the actual mole. The ability to find information is good but that which is found on the wrong road generally is of no help, just entertainment value. I'll leave you alone now so you can continue your quest. We already knew the town he lived in and now we have a picture of the house and itt's value. Why stop there, why not include the address and phone number. I mean JEEBUS man. Even the first line from the above quote is pretty eerie. Building a scenerio to go along with what we have just like the MarkFOMOs do, that line sounds almost like someone obsessed to such a degree that they are placing theirself on a familiar personal level. Either that or maybe they DO have a personal relationship with them which would also explain the obsessive diehard enthusiasm for a PREGAME pick.
