First of all Hey Paul. I was one of many that thought U were a bit of a Jerk on the show, however i do believe in studio editing and how they can use the
cutting room floor to create a certain "look" of a situation. Im sure anyone who would dress up like elmo just to make their daughter laugh cant be
bad in real life and since the close of the show i have read your posting and see that u were just acting.
In defense to those of us who didnt like you "character" on the show, remember that is all we had to go by so if you were in fact trying to draw anger from players how could u not expect to actually create those same feelings in those of us watching the show (btw, im the one that posted the paul free song on page 4 of the general mole thread here i love it!!) Im sure u are a good person, and i can honestly say that if i thought being mean would help me win half million dollars, i may have acted just like you. Congrats on being a player on a great show, and your daughter is soooo cute CoCotreasure in los angeles www.myspace.com/cocotreasure |

Hi Paul... welcome to the board. I thought you played a good game. It was obvious to me, especially from what you said in your confessionals, that you were
just "playing the game". It ws really obvious after I saw you reunited with you wife and daughter. The only time I thought you may have gone over
the boundaries was when you intimidated Bobby at the dinner before his execution. BUT, it obviously worked and allowed you to stay in the game longer, so it
was a good strategy. As was Nicole's, although her blatant sabotaging was a little too over the top IMO. I wish you the best in the future, and hope that
we do get another season of The Mole.

Yonkers? Who's from Yonkers? You better come down to the city so we can show you how real New Yorkers do.

As each week passed I really wanted to see you win, I did not want you to be the Mole, but I would have loved to see you win. What were some clues that made you think it was Craig, and who else did you even consider as the Mole? Did you at any time doubt yourself in thinking it was Craig? I bet you have taken a great experience home with you. Anytime you think of something that you would like to share please post it. I bet you have some fun stories to tell about the adventure. Best wishes to you and your future. Tell your wife and daughter they are very lucky to have you in their lives! jerseygirl |

Hey, Paul.
Sorry I didn't respond sooner. My trip lasted a week longer than I expected so this is my first opportunity to get on the Internet. This has been the longest I have gone without computer access for years so I am pretty much out of the loop now. Hopefully you even get a chance to read this. Thanks for taking the time to stop by this little Mole Hole. As I've said earlier, my research showed you are really a stand-up guy who loves/is loved by his family and friends. You played a fantastic game and created a whole new style of play. It is just the nature of Reality TV that the casting people are now looking for "characters" to pair together to make for interesting entertainment and you definitely embraced your character in a convincing way. Gone are the days when just "regular" folks could expect to be on these shows. You really highlight the pre-work that has to be done before the audition process even begins. I know I have ragged on the Mactorization of reality shows which (sadly) has infiltrated The Mole, but I am starting to see it now almost as it's own art-form. Big personality and ego is part of it but there has to be a proficient skill level of improvisation and creativity that goes along with it for a person to effectively capture the interest and imagination of the viewers. You were able to do that in spades! You got your own story edit in the series which is huge. For that alone you should be recognized as a master player. Even the Mole (Craig) didn't get that. Take care, Paul. Keep plugging away at getting the bigger and better gig in "The Industry." Hopefully, someone will pick you up while the iron is hot. |
