What beautiful pictures (well, most of them anyway). Thanks for finding and sharing them!

Good stuff!
I'm amazed that with all the secrecy and precautions involved in keeping the identity of The Mole under wraps, pictures like these are allowed to be taken and posted online. It would be different if they were just pictures of scenery and such, but you have camera setups, staff members, and mission locations clearly visible. Coupled with the images from the ads, you can create a detailed timeline of what's to come (as Shan has already done). Anyhow, concerning the arrest picture, are you sure the date is correct on that? Stone hinted toward the possible arrest in that Santiago newspaper interview dated April 10, so it must have happened before this date. If that's the case, the producers are taking a different approach with the tube game. Instead of handing them out on the first episode and checking them throughout the season, they might just hand them out at the beginning of episode 4 and perform the arrest/tube check at the end of the episode. Or perhaps no tubes are involved at all. Perhaps the arrest will be part of some morality test. We'll see... |

When I originally obtained the arrest image, it had a tag on it that read "Getting arrested in Mendoza." I just put it with the other
"Mendoza" pictures, trusting that the tag was accurate.
All the images from that series have no timestamp on them so I can't accurately place them in the Travelog unless the background matches up. There are 37 pictures total but without the timestamp and identifying tag, they have little value for sleuthing (at this time.) |

I think in the first picture of the fruit of the luge challenge, it's actually Craig and Victoria. If you look at the sleeve of the shirt it's a white
and blue plaid like the one Craig is wearing in the deleted scene "quiet time" Also, it looks like a brown haired girl instead of Kristen's
typical blonde ponytail.

Shan,
You did an amazing job putting this together. I can imagine the time you put into this. As a fellow moler on the boards, I appreciate your work and dedication to the game! |

In the April 18th pictures, there's a spray painted figure with an upside down heart on their shirt, a la Craig in Ep. 2 (I looked, but didn't see
anyone mention this before and also do not pretend to know what the correlation, if any, might be...YOU are way better at that than me!!) Shan - I've been
following you around the 'net a bit since this is my first season of The Mole and just wanted to say thank you for all that you do...I know that you've
been getting picked on a bit about spoilers but, IMO, anyone who "stumbles" on spoilers of yours either isn't paying attention to what they click
on or can't read. Thank you!!

Thanks, Jamie and Kluke, for the kind words. I'm glad you're finding some use for this stuff.
I know there are many different personalities and many feel they have to prove something...or have a chip on their shoulders...or just have no concept of
how to act civil (especially since we never see each other.) Its just part of the territory. To be honest, I went through much worse on Mole2 with the Oracle
Theory. That really made people crazy. I was having some moderate success with predicting who went home, that is until the theory fell apart! When people
smelled blood, they really went after me. Fortunately, my Mole pick was right from day one and I was able to redeem myself by the end of the series.

So it appears that my speculation on there being a Tube game was incorrect. It just seemed strange to me that Stone would mention an accident in the interview
from April 10...an accident which closely resembled what happened in Belgium Mole 3, leading into the Tube game. Looking back now, it does make sense that
this game never happened in this season, particularly for two reasons:

The Travelog™ is now closed.
If there is one contribution to this season that I am most proud of...it is this piece of sleuthing. I think this has proven to be unique in the history of the show and I feel honored that I happened to be at the right place at the right time to pull this off. I love research and the Travelog™ has provided me many hours of enjoyment. Hopefully, it has been an invaluable resource for those of you who consider yourself a sleuth, as well, and has helped you to deduce "who is the Mole". My hope is that we'll see even greater endeavours than this from you all in the future. Also, I want to acknowledge our secret "mole" who unknowingly delivered these pictures to us. I sincerely hope no misfortune came to them because of this discovery. |
